Property Accessibility
The Seagrove Suites & Guest Rooms property was built in the mid 1900's in the historic district of the town of Eastham. The property is a modest rental property with only twelve guest rooms over multiple levels. It possesses neither the spatial nor the structural attributes needed to meet the America with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance for hotels.

- Two to four steps to the main level rooms entry and no wheelchair ramp
- A gravel driveway to access the rooms and common grounds
- 2nd Floor rooms have narrow winding spiral staircases. No elevator inside the building
- Narrow hallways and small spaces inside that are not suited for wheelchairs
- All rooms have shower stalls, which are not wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant
